PAPILLYON 2010


A NEW HALL IN ORDER TO SATISFY EXHIBITORS AS WELL AS VISITORS

 

We realise that exposing in Ecully's Hall we cannot attract as much as visitors as we want.


This Hall is quite far from Lyon Centre and public transport stoping at it on weekends are inadequate.


That is why we searched rapidly a new hall near Lyon Centre.

Former exhibitors will recognize the neighbourhood they used to attend in the 1980's. Indeed the new hall "LE DOUBLE MIXTE" is not far from the place the PALAIS DES CONGRES took place (it was pulled down since).

LE DOUBLE MIXTE is located on the University of Sciences campus, near the Avenue separating Lyon from Villeurbanne which is part of Lyon as well as Juvisy is part of Paris.

There are no difficulties  to access  Le Double Mixte: indeed you can drive along the ring road or take the tram, it's only two stations far from la Part-Dieu Mall which is City centre.  Clic here for details

We are moreover going to signpost the way efficiently.

There is a lot of parking place so that you will also be able to park cars easily or stay in your camper at night.

There are also hotels in the vicinity you can reach quickly by public transport or by car. You'll find informations here.

Unfortunately such an interesting hall has a price. This year we had to increase the exhibitor's fee in order to pay the rent. The amount you pay us is only used to pay the rent of the hall. The visitor's fee is used to pay ads and to rent other equipments... All of the ADE-Papillyon members are voluntary workers not only during the weekend of the fair but during one year (and I could add some have been voluntary workers for years) so that the fair is a success.

We are not high ranking professionnals and ask you to excuse us the little trouble such an organisation can sometimes cause.

Those little bugs we love often attract people and thanks to you more and more people will be interested in insects
